Heavens and the earth were created by a council of gods

“…the Council of the Eternal God of all other gods before this world was…” (D&C 121:32)

LDS standard works claim that the creation of our world was the result of decisions made by a council of gods. According to the Pearl of Great Price, these gods planned, organized and created the heavens and earth.
